Where is your shop located?

Glad to announce that we do have now a shop now, located at 250 GY Dela Serna St. Poblacion, Lapu-Lapu City. It is infront of near Opon Kindergarten.

How do we transact orders?

You may visit our shop for fitting. Once decided, you may fill-up the order form personally.
As for online transaction, we do have an order form too but as of now, we do prefer an actual visit for fitting.
After the Costume was fitted and properly endorsed to the Client, there will be NO refunds, exchanges, or store credits given for early return on rented item(s). However, if Client decides to cancel the rental of the same for acceptable reason, Renz Costumes shall return the amount equivalent to 50% of the Rental Fee paid upon the return of the Costume.

For outside Cebu clients: Fill-up the order form first, will send in order confirmation email if the costume is available for rental.
In the order form, we will know your choice of courier and preferred mode of payment. (Here's the link for the Order Form)
As soon as we received your payment, we will ship the costumes, 2-3 days before the date needed (unless for rush orders,we also have an option, case-to-case basis.)
You have to pay for the rental, refundable deposit, plus the shipping fee one way.
Upon returning, we will send in refundable deposit as soon as we received the costume.
Refundable deposit amount depends on the type of costume.
You have to ship the costumes the next day after using. (For more details on washing and alterations, please see COSTUME RENTAL AGREEMENT)
Please take note that not all costumes are available for shipping. As for the peak months (October-December), shipping are suspended except for costumes with replicas/double stocks.

Can I buy the costumes?

All costumes are not for sale. It is for rental purposes only except costumes found in the Pre-order Album or For Sale Album.
