Reservations

• Reservation fee of P100-P200 is strictly required for all, deductible on rental fee but non-refundable for cancelled reservations. 

• Reservation fee is non-transferrable to another name but can be moved to any available desired costume.

• For sudden change of "date of use" and "character" cases, we consider changes as long as the new desired costume is available and advise is given ahead of time. But if reservation has been made by other client beforehand on the new date desired, we will suggest of a change of costume instead. Reservation fee will be transferred to the new selected costume under the same name. 

• We no longer ship costumes for rent.

• Reserved costumes must be available for pick-up a day or 2 before the date needed. 

• Specify "date of need" for reservation to give also chance to others and for us to set sched properly. 

• No exchange of costumes once reserved upon pick-up, unless you are willing to pay P100 for the cancelled reservation.

• Make sure of the sizes or have the costume fit beforehand to avoid cancellation.

• We no longer make reservations online to refrain from double bookings and confusing reservations. We prefer walk-ins for easier record filing and costume status checking.     

• Make sure to bring your ID upon renting.
